Due to results of the investigations of the SBI, assets worth almost UAH 7 billion were handed oved to ARMA in the first quarter of 2025

The State Bureau of Investigation continues systematic work on combating corruption, financial and budgetary crimes that pose a threat to the economic and national security of Ukraine.

In the first quarter of 2025, based on the results of SBI investigations, assets totaling UAH 6 billion 717 million were handed oved to the Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA).

In particular, cash worth almost UAH 7 million was seized from the defendants in the criminal proceedings. The cost of corporate rights, that was handed over to ARMA, were amounted to UAH 6 billion 710 million.

The state's income from managing those assets has already amounted to more than UAH 22.4 million.

Among the most illustrative results of the work of the SBI in this direction:

• Due to results of the work of the SBI, a luxury car that belongs to the family of the tax official from the Ivano-Frankivsk region was seized
• At the initiative of the SBI, the property of the fugitive oligarch was transferred to ARMA
• The Appeals Chamber of the High Anti-Corruption Court of Ukraine confirmed the legality of confiscation of the elite car of the Migration Service official from Odesa region
• The SBI and the Special Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office of Ukraine are initiating recovery of millions of assets of the Former Head of the Tax Service of Sumy region to the state income
• According to the materials of the SBI, the Former official of the Tax Service of Carpathian region, who hid the multimillion-dollar property from declaration, will be judged
• The SBI handed over to ARMA almost UAH 7 million, that was seized during the investigation of extortion from the soldiers in the 110th Separate Mechanized Brigade

and others.
