Based on the SBI materials, the court transferred to the state millions of assets of a russian who provided food to putin's security forces
Based on SBI materials, the court transferred to the National Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA) the rights, authorised capital and property of a company in Cherkasy, whose co-owner continued to cooperate with russian security forces after the start of the full-scale invasion.
The company's authorised capital is UAH 1.98 million, and corporate rights are worth UAH 9.2 million. The court also transferred 3,000 sq m of the company's real estate worth almost UAH 100 million to the ARMA.
It was established that one of the co-owners of the company is a citizen of russia and owns more than 15 russian companies operating in the temporarily occupied Crimea and supplying food and medical products to the security forces of the aggressor country.
The defendant's russian enterprises supplied agricultural, dairy products, tobacco products and canned food to russian state medical institutions, as well as to the fsb, mvd, presidential administration and others.
In particular, among other things, supplies were made to the health centre of the presidential administration and the sanatorium of the russian interior ministry. The defendant's companies also supply food to the temporarily occupied Crimea.
The criminal proceedings are being investigated on the fact of financing actions committed with the aim of seizing state power, changing the borders of the territory of Ukraine and aiding the aggressor state (Part 3 of Article 110-2, Part 1 of Article 111-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
The sanction of the article provides for punishment in the form of imprisonment for up to 12 years with confiscation of property.
