Based on the SBI materials, the National Agency on Corruption Prevention issued administrative protocol on conflict of interest to Chernihiv mayor

Based on the materials of the State Bureau of Investigation, the National Agency on Corruption Prevention handed Chernihiv Mayor an administrative protocol on conflict of interest.

The SBI employees established that the mayor of Chernihiv instructed his driver to take abroad a car that belongs to his wife. This was his private interest (Part 1, 2 of Art. 172-7 of the Code of Administrative Offenses - violation of the requirements for the prevention and settlement of conflicts of interest).

At the same time, for this purpose, a business trip was arranged for the mayor's driver and funds, including gasoline, were allocated from the state budget.
