The State Bureau of Investigation maintains its systematic work to uncover and punish traitors and collaborators who continue to work with the enemy. Court decisions to bring them to justice will be implemented as soon as all occupied regions are liberated.

SBI employees have completed a special pre-trial investigation into five law enforcers working for the enemy in the temporarily occupied town of Hola Prystan, Kherson region.

The indictment was sent to court.

Currently, the defendants are carrying out criminal orders issued by occupation authorities, threatening local inhabitants, conducting searches, and encouraging people to work for the enemy.

Former law enforcement officers are being charged with voluntarily taking up positions in illegal law enforcement agencies established in the temporarily occupied territory (Part 7 of Article 111-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

The article provides for a sentence of up to 15 years in prison.

The Kirovohrad Regional Prosecutor's Office is in charge of the case.
