The current People's Deputy of Ukraine was served notification of suspicion on the fact of the events in Dnipro city

Based on the materials of the SBI and with the assistance of the leadership of the National Police of Ukraine, the Prosecutor General has served notification of suspicion to the current People's Deputy of Ukraine Mykola Tishchenko on the fact of illegal deprivation of liberty of the former soldier in Dnipro city.

On June 20, 2024, in Dnipro city, a group of people, on order of the People's Deputy of Ukraine, unlawfully deprived the liberty of the victim, namely the former soldier of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He was held in captivity for some period of time as well as receiving bodily injuries. The investigation found that it was done by prior conspiracy of the group of persons and by using the physical force and special devices.

While the People's Deputy of Ukraine was being searched he was served notification of suspicion on the fact of illegal deprivation of liberty of the victim (Part 2 of Article 146 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
