The former head of the "Information Court Systems" Enterprise will be put on trial for providing access to court registers to third parties


The SBI employees have completed a pre-court investigation of the former acting head of the State Enterprise "Information Systems" of the State Judicial Administration of Ukraine. The high-ranking officer is accused of unauthorized intrusion into the operation of automated court systems.

The bill of indictment was taken to court.

It was found that the accused ex-head of the state enterprise gave the commercial structure unauthorized remote access to the server equipment of the SE "IUS".

The actions of the official caused leakage, loss, blockage of information, disruption of its processing, and violation of the established order of its routing.

The high-ranking officer is accused of committing a criminal offense under Part 1. 361 of the CC of Ukraine (unauthorized interference with the operation of electronic computing machines (computers), automated systems, computer networks, or telecommunications networks).

This article carries a penalty of up to 3 years of imprisonment.

The Kyiv City Prosecutor's Office is in charge of the proceedings.
