The SBI completed the investigation of two judges of the Crimea, who betryed Ukraine after its annexation of the peninsula

The SBI officers completed a special pre-trial investigation of two judges of the Court of Appeal of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea for the fact of high treason (Part 1 of Article 111 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
The indictments were taken to court.

Based on the investigation data, after the moment of the annexation of Crimea, judges continued their work in the illegally established occupant's courts of annexed Crimea. Currently, the intruders ensure the functioning of the illegal bodies of the judicial power of the occupants.

The article provides for punishment in the form of deprivation of liberty for 20 to 25 years.

The Prosecutor's Office of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol are in charge of the proceedings.

The SBI continues its systematic work to hold accountable the judges of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, who have betrayed Ukraine after its annexation. All in all, from the beginning of 2022, the employees of the SBI completed special pre-trial investigations of 19 judges and one prosecutor of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, and the indictments were sent to the court.
