The SBI detained in Kherson more occupants' minions who voluntarily took positions in administrative institutions of aggressor (VIDEO)
The SBI employees reported suspicion to two residents of Kherson, who during the temporary occupation of the city voluntarily went to work for the occupation administration in the captured penal colony.
After several months of russian occupation, two men, who used to be drivers, voluntarily responded to the announcement of the occupation authorities. The recruitment was for the guards of the illegally created facility "Northern Correctional Colony No. 90".
There was a serious staff shortage in the correctional facility, as many employees deliberately refused to work for the enemy.
The defendants were registered as " 2nd category junior inspectors of the security department". They followed the instructions of the invaders, guarded detainees and convicts, including Ukrainian patriots, and were paid in rubles. The collaborators justified themselves with the fact that the occupiers gave them a "social" status and position. But at the same time, they were provided with weapons that they were ready to use against their compatriots.
After the occupants escaped from Kherson, the SBI detained both collaborators.
They were served a notice of suspicion of collaboration (Part 7 Art. 111-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
The article provides for imprisonment for up to fifteen years with confiscation of property.
The procedural guidance in this case is carried out by the Kherson Region Prosecutor's Office.
The SBI emphasizes that all collaborators and traitors will be exposed and brought to justice in accordance with the law. Short-term benefits from cooperation with the enemy will turn into long-term imprisonment.
Recently, the State Bureau of Investigation detained two more employees of the Kherson detention center who worked for the invaders during the occupation.
