The SBI detained another traitor, who had been hiding from justice for several months, in Kharkiv region (VIDEO)

The SBI employees served a notice of suspicion to a former law enforcement officer from Kharkiv region.

After Kupiansk was captured by the occupiers, the woman began to help them and worked with documents in the occupation "police". Later, she became an inspector in the Analysis and Planning Group.

She was paid 45 thousand rubles for working for the enemy.

After the Ukrainian Armed Forces liberated Kupyansk district, the traitor went into hiding because she was unable to leave with the occupiers.

The woman was detained by SBI agents in cooperation with the National Police and the Security Service of Ukraine in the village of Starovirivka, Kupiansk district.

The former law enforcement officer is suspected of high treason (Part 2 of Article 111 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

Currently, the SBI investigators have filed a motion with the court to impose a pre-trial restraint in the form of detention.

The sanction of the article provides for life imprisonment with confiscation of property.

The Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor's Office provides procedural guidance.

Earlier, the SBI detained a former security officer who headed a unit of the occupiers' convoy service in Kupiansk district.
