The SBI exposed a tax officer who handed over not only the property of the Genichesk tax office but also the entire taxpayer base to the occupiers

The employees of the SBI filed a notice of suspicion in absentia against an employee of the Genichesk State Tax Inspectorate who voluntarily went to work for the enemy after the start of the temporary occupation of part of Kherson region.

The senior state inspector participated in the creation of an illegal fiscal body - the so-called "genichesk district tax inspection", which became part of the occupation "Department of the Federal Tax Service in Kherson region".

The defendant provided the racists with full access to the tax office's property, computer equipment, furniture, communications equipment, taxpayer information database, and carried out organisational work. In exchange for this, the woman was promoted to the position of "acting head of the inspection".

Currently, the defendant continues to work for the invaders, registering entrepreneurs under the laws of the russian Federation, actively encouraging them to cooperate with the enemy. She is also involved in collecting money from entrepreneurs to the occupiers' treasury.

The employee of the Genichesk State Tax Inspectorate was served a notice of suspicion of high treason in absentia (Part 2 of Article 111 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

The sanction of the article provides for punishment in the form of life imprisonment with confiscation of property.

The Kherson Region Prosecutor's Office is providing procedural supervision.
