The SBI employees reported suspicion of high treason to the former commander of the anti-submarine corvette "Lutsk", who in 2014 after the occupation of Crimea by bussia joined the service of the invaders.

The captain of the third rank after the capture of his unit in Sevastopol by the russian armed forces voluntarily swore allegiance to the aggressor.

Today he commands the russian anti-submarine ship "Suzdalets", which takes part in the russian armed aggression against Ukraine.

The former serviceman was served a notice of suspicion of treason in absentia (Part 1 Art. 111 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

He faces punishment in the form of imprisonment for up to 15 years.
