The SBI reported suspicion to the deputy director of Zhytomyr lyceum, who justified putin and was waiting for the "russian world" (VIDEO)
The SBI employees served a notice of suspicion to the deputy director of Lyceum No. 25 in Zhytomyr. In April 2022, during a staff meeting, the woman justified putin, stressed that Ukraine and russia should be one, and supported the occupation of the Crimean peninsula and Donetsk region.
In particular, she said that "russia did not want any of this, it was Ukraine that provoked it", "if our state leadership could come to an agreement and made concessions to russia, we would not know what war is", "the armed forces of the russian federation are leading a liberation struggle against nationalist movements and the current government", "the invasion of russian troops in Ukraine, as well as the implementation of the so-called "putin's policy" in our country will benefit its development".
The teacher's opinion did not change even after the russian army hit the educational institution with a missile on March 4, 2022. The building was impossible to restore, so it was demolished. She accused the Ukrainian authorities of the destruction of the lyceum, which, in her opinion, placed weapons there.
At the end of October, the case was referred to the State Bureau of Investigation. Investigators gathered evidence and reported the woman of suspicion of justifying the armed aggression of the russian federation against Ukraine, which began in 2014, including through portraying the armed aggression of the russian federation against Ukraine as an internal civil conflict, as well as justifying and glorifying the persons who carried out the armed aggression of the russian federation against Ukraine, which began in 2014 (Part 1 of Article 436-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
She may face up to 3 years in prison.
The SBI employees will apply to the court about putting the "lover of the russian world" under house arrest and removing her from the position.
Procedural guidance is provided by the Zhytomyr Regional Prosecutor's Office.
