SBI notified the head of one of the district courts of the Kharkiv region of suspicion of high treason

The State Bureau of Investigation continues to work systematically to expose traitors who have decided to side with the enemy. Every such fact is carefully worked out, and all collaborators will be prosecuted.

SBI operatives established that after the occupation of one of the settlements in the Kharkiv region, the head of the local court personally began preparing the judicial institution to cooperate with the enemy.

The suspect tried to gather a team of "like-minded people" to restore the court's work quickly. She actively called on her subordinates to betray Ukraine and carry out the so-called "justice" of the occupying power. The suspect also sought local law enforcement officers' support, who offered to cooperate with the aggressor.

Currently, SBI investigators have notified her of suspicion of high treason (Part 2 of Article 111 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

The sanction of the article provides for life imprisonment with confiscation of property. Ukrainian investigation and justice will bring all such cases to court.

The Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor's Office provides procedural guidance for the pre-trial investigation.

It will be recalled that on April 5, 2022, SBI investigators, under the procedural guidance of the Prosecutor General's Office, notified a judge and chief of staff of one of the district courts of the Luhansk region of suspicion of high reason. The suspects also sided with the enemy and entered a criminal conspiracy with the so-called "LPR" representatives.
