The SBI served suspicion notice to law enforcer from Lyman, who forced detainees to collect bodies of the dead

The SBI agents reported suspicion to a law enforcement officer from Lyman, Donetsk region, who started working for the occupants after the russian invasion.

He refused to evacuate from the city and cooperated with the invaders. The man received a position in the so-called "people's militia".

The suspect delivered illegally detained citizens to places of forced labor, forced people to collect the bodies of the dead, and did other work on orders from occupation authorities.

The former law enforcer was served a notice of suspicion of treason (Part 2 of Art. 111 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). The sanction of the article provides for punishment in the form of life imprisonment.

The procedural supervision is carried out by the Donetsk Region Prosecutor's Office.

The State Bureau of Investigation warns all officials and law enforcement officers against cooperation with russian occupation forces. Severe punishment for such crimes is inevitable.

Thus, according to the SBI materials,three law enforcement officers from Luhansk region who work for the occupiers will face trial.
