The SBI reported suspicion to former Head of the State Service of Special Communication for illegal accrual of bonuses (VIDEO)

The SBI employees reported suspicion of abuse of power to the former Head of the State Service of Special Communication.

It was established that during 2018-2019, the lieutenant general was making decisions on the accrual and payment of bonuses and other incentive payments to himself and his close persons. He did this contrary to the current legislation and without the consent of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

The suspicion was notified under Part 3 of Art. 426 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (omissions of military authorities).

The sanction of the article provides imprisonment for up to seven years.
