7 traitors fro, Zaporizhzhia region who started working for the occupiers were served with suspicion notices

SBI agents issued notices of suspicion in absentia to seven more ex-law enforcers from the Pologivskyi district of Zaporizzhia region who are currently working for the occupants at the illegally created police force in the invaded part of the region.

After the start of the russian invasion, the traitors refused to evacuate and remained in the temporarily occupied settlement of Rozivka, Zaporizhzhia region.

After joining the fake authority, they patrolled the streets and helped the occupation regime to imitate the presence of the "authorities" in the occupied territories. The defendants also agitated their former colleagues to defect to the invaders.

All of the former law enforcers were charged in absentia with high treason (Part 2 of Article 111 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

The sanction of the article provides for punishment in the form of life imprisonment with confiscation of property.

The Zaporizhzhia Regional Prosecutor's Office is providing procedural supervision.

Earlier, the SBI served a notice of suspicion to a former employee of the Kherson paramilitary security detachment of the regional branch of Ukrzaliznytsia, who decided to work as a propagandist for the occupiers.
