Based on SBI materials, the head of one of the district military administrations in Sumy region was served a notice of suspicion. The official had appropriated property of Ukrainian enterprises under the guise of nationalization.
In August 2022, the SBI agents exposed and blocked a large-scale theft of property of Ukrainian entrepreneurs under the cover of nationalization process of russian property.
On the night before russia's large-scale aggression against Ukraine, more than forty russian railroad wagons carrying products of Ukrainian companies arrived in our country.
Using martial law and his position, the head of the district military administration decided to seize all property.
As a result, not only the russian wagons were confiscated, but also what was in them: diesel fuel and liquefied gas. The wagons with the products were then moved to another location and emptied.

The pre-trial investigation is ongoing. Possible other persons involved in the crime are being identified.
