Reception of Citizens

Personal reception of citizens is carried out on certain days and hours by prior appointment or written application (with the note "Personal reception").

The procedure for receiving citizens at the State Bureau of Investigation pursuant to Article 22 of the Law of Ukraine "On citizens' appeals" is regulated by the Instruction on the Procedure for Considering Appeals and Requests and Organizing Personal Reception of Citizens in the central office of the State Bureau of Investigation and its regional authorities .

In accordance with the Law of Ukraine of 17.03.2020 № 530-IX "On amendments to certain legislative acts aimed at preventing the outbreak and spread of the disease (COVID-19)", the decision of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine of 13.03.2020 "On urgent measures on ensuring national security in the event of an outbreak of acute respiratory disease COVID-19 caused by the coronavirus SARS-CoV-2", enacted by the Decree of the President of Ukraine of 13.03.2020 № 87, the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 11.03.2020 №211 "On prevention of COVID-19 spread on the territory of Ukraine", Article 11 of the Law of Ukraine "On protection of the population from infectious diseases", Article 7 of the Law of Ukraine "On ensuring sanitary and epidemiological well-being of the population", orders of the Acting Director of the State Bureau of Investigation of 16.03.2020 № 74 "On the suspension of personal reception at the central office and at the regional departments of the State Bureau of Investigation". 

In this regard, for the duration of the quarantine throughout Ukraine personal reception of the applicants, information requesters, deputies of all levels in the central office of the State Bureau of Investigation and its regional departments is suspended.  

At the same time, you can apply to the central office of the State Bureau of Investigation:

with a written request:

  • by mail: 01032, 15 Symona Petliury str., Kyiv;
  • by a mailbox at the address: 01032, 15 Symona Petliury str., Kyiv (hall of the administrative building);
  • electronic correspondence is accepted on the official e-mail: info@dbr.gov.ua or by filling in the applicant's electronic form on the official website at the following link; 
  • by calling the telephone line of the State Bureau of Investigation for citizens' appeals - (044) 294-64-63, (044) 294-64-26.

with requests for public information:

by a mailbox at the address: 01032, 15 Symona Petliury str., Kyiv (hall of the administrative building);

  • by mail (to the address of the central office of the State Bureau of Investigation: 01032, 15 Symona Petliury str., Kyiv);

It should be noted that to ensure the implementation of the tasks of the State Bureau of Investigation, the following territorial offices were established:
